The question is that is it possible that an organisation or person can survive without politics in this modern age.
The simple answer is yes!!!
The standing a competent person is always purly on work, experties, skills and dedication. A person with such qualities does not need to know what others are thinking about him and what others are doing simply.
Politics is the tool of those persons who are the victims of failure in this society because they donot compete due to lack of expertise, lack of Skills and lack of confidence.
So be confident about what is your work.
